Corporate shoots: all corporate clients have the usual 30 days for processing by Accounts.

Private events: a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the agreed quote to secures the date, with the balance due 7 days after the shoot. The full fee must be paid before downloads are made available.

Payment details: almost all my UK clients pay using BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Services)  or PayPal which is the account name, number and sort code printed at the bottom of your invoice. Private clients can call up their bank or go online to make the payment. I only accept cheques from corporate clients.

We are also set up to take card payment in on the day.

Depending on the assignment, our photographers normal arrive around 30-45 minutes before the booked time to say hello, check out the environment and get their cameras ready.  In most cases that will be the last time you will need to talk to the photographer unless you require a particular photo.

Defined Imagery event photographers shoot in an documentary style, which simple means candidly and informally. They move around the room discretely capturing the atmosphere and little moments between guest without interaction. Occasional clients request small group poesy shoots which they will be more then happy to do, so feel free to request away.

Events and cooperate portraits don’t usually call for a meeting in person, but if there are things you’d prefer to go over in person let me know and I’ll include it in your package. We are always happy to arrange a chat on the phone to go over your plans and make sure we’re both on the same page. If you feel an in-person meetings essential let me know and I can include that in your package.

Business photography is all about the collaboration to get the images you need, so let me know and we’ll build it all into your package for you.

Events: at events we tend to deliver between 40 and 80 finished images per hour shooting, depending on guest numbers, the type of event, and so on.

Individual Portraits and Headshots: galleries feature around 20 to 40 images. You can choose to purchase only the ones you want, or a package including a certain number of images, and we’ll discuss which option is best for you when you get in touch.

Your images will only be used on our website and never be sold on for promotional use.

We provide digital files online in a private password gallery, all images are high res

Events: Depending on the work required and the studio schedule event and portrait clients can usually expect to receive the login to their gallery four or five days later. Large family and group portrait galleries may take a little longer to prepare.

Businesses: We can provide images on the same day for PR purpose if required but in most PR cases we offer a next day service.

Defined Imagery can event WIFI/email unedited images to the client as they are taken. If you will require a fast turnaround please just ask.

If your shoot includes downloads I’ll send you an email to your private password protected gallery

Promo Code Instructions:

1. Click on any image and add it to your cart. Alternatively, click ‘Add All To Cart’ (if available).

2. In the Cart pop-up window, select the ‘Downloads’ tab at the top.

3. Add one ‘All Event Images’ in the size your package includes (refer to your email for details) and ignore the price tag.

4. At the checkout, enter your code to clear the price, and proceed to check out.

Download Instructions:

Full gallery: click the ‘Download All’ button at the top of the gallery and enter the PIN code. You’ll receive an email at the address you logged in with containing a link to the Download Page. On that page click the Download link and a zip file will save to your browser’s default Download location.

Single image: click the Download button under each image you want and it’s saved to your browser’s default Download location.

Multiple images: mark all the ones you want as your Favourites with the star button, then click the Favourites tab at the top of the page and click ‘Download Album’. You’ll receive an email at the address you logged in with containing a link to the Download Page. On that page click the Download link and a zip file will save to your browser’s default Download location.

We offer onsite printing and photobooth you will just need let me know if that’s something you require.

We do have Public Liability Insurance. Documentation available on request.
