Would we need to do anything before the Event?
No Defined Imagery will provide all the promotional resources for your event.
If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your images and we cannot resolve the issues you will receive a full refund of image cost.
This will depend on the duration of the event, but in most cases the images are online within 24hurs.
This could be for several reasons:
Someone may have inadvertently got in the way of the photographer at the crucial moment.
A photo was taken but deleted before publishing to the web site as photo quality was not considered to be good enough quality.
At some events there may be several competitions taking place at the same time. It is possible that our photographer didn’t cover your particular competition or heat. The category listings should give you a clue as to which competitions were covered.
Defined Imagery retains the copyright on all photographs taken and supplied. Photographs may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form without the written permission of Defined Imagery.
Standard Portraits and Groups – 7 – 10 working days
Portraits and Groups requiring blocked mounts and/or frames – 10 working days
Graduation – up to 28 days
Graduation requiring frames – up to 14 days
Re-Orders – up to 14 days
Gift Products – up to 28 days
During the busy Christmas period all orders taken before 12 December will be guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. Photographs purchased after that time may take longer than our 10 working day delivery policy.
